A veteran realtor, Dearing first developed his method working for RE/MAX and One Source/GMAC real estate companies in the highly competitive San Diego, California, area. In 2005, after visiting family in Taos over several decades, he finally moved to scenic Arroyo Seco (in Taos County). He built his dream home there while digging deep into the unique challenges of buying and selling in Taos and elsewhere in the Land of Enchantment.
